Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you wish to return an item please get in touch via the ‘Contact Us’ page or CLICK HERE to download a returns form with instructions on. In an effort to be kinder to the environment, we no longer send out returns forms with every order.

Returns for non-suitable items should be notified to Bowland within 7 days of delivery and be returned no longer than 20 days from date of delivery. Items must be in original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition and must not be fitted or used. Postage must be covered by the customer.

Refunds will be issued back via the original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of item at Bowland.

Items returned for warranty issues must be in a clean, dry condition for health and safety reasons. If an item is covered under warranty, Bowland will refund the postage costs – method of return must be pre-agreed with Bowland or a standard charge will be refunded which may not cover the entire cost. Often items will need to be inspected by the brand/manufacturer so please allow up to 3 weeks for this process.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder
