We are now almost back to normal after a period of delays recently however our Royal Mail collections are still running earlier than usual meaning Next Day orders after 12:30pm will be dispatched the following working day. We’re hopeful this won’t be for long however we’re in the hands of Royal Mail at the moment. Thanks for your understanding! 

30 Day Satisfaction Promise… We know that ordering online isn’t always ideal as sizing differs depending on the brand, style, fit etc. So to make life a bit easier, we offer a 30 day period where you can decide if the product is what you want and speak to us about any queries you may have. We have lots of experience in the fitting of our products including how much they ‘give’ and how they feel in real life situations. We’re always  happy to exchange for other sizes or issue a refund if you prefer. All we ask is that the items are returned in the original packaging with all labels still attached and in a resalable condition within 30 days of you receiving the item. Customers are required to pay return postage however we will cover the cost of further sizes to be sent in exchange. We’re always happy to advise on which companies are the most cost effective for posting different size/weight parcels. If 30 days isn’t enough, speak to us and we’ll do our best to help.

We will normally dispatch your order within 1 working day. We use Royal Mail 48 as standard which usually takes 2 days to arrive however isn’t a guaranteed service and can take up to 5 days.

Next day delivery is available for most orders although certain parts of the UK will automatically be changed to 2 day service by the courier in areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. If in doubt, please get in touch before ordering. Next day orders must be placed before 1pm to ensure dispatch the same day. Our Next Day service applies to ‘working days’ only. Weekend deliveries can be arranged however these will incur an extra cost due to the extra charged by couriers – get in touch if you would like to find out more about these options.

Standard orders should arrive within 5 days however Royal Mail ask us to wait 10 working days before we claim for a lost item. You must inform us if the goods are lost or damaged in transit (after 10 working days) so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. For orders outside the UK, our standard Royal Mail Airmail shipping does not include insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders sent using this method. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a tracked and insured service, please call or email.
These orders are expected to reach their destination within 5 to 12 working days. However, we ask you to allow up to 20 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us.
